Florence, also known as Florence-Graham, is a neighborhood within the city of Los Angeles. It is a small sized, medium density, urban area bordered by Slauson Avenue to the North, 92nd Street to the South, Central Avenue to the West, and Alameda Street to the East. It is also located over 6 miles South of Downtown Los Angeles.
The area consists of mainly single-family, multi-family, and apartment residences built predominantly between 1905-1970. There is a limited range of housing styles which consists of Traditional and Spanish style homes.
