Gramercy Park is a neighborhood within the city of Los Angeles. It is a small sized, medium density, suburban area bordered by Manchester Avenue to the North, 108th Street to the South, Van Ness Avenue to the West, and Normandie Avenue to the East. It is also located over 8 miles Southwest of Downtown Los Angeles.
The area is a quiet residential community consisting of mainly single and multi-family residences built predominantly between 1920-1950. There is a limited range of housing styles which consists of mainly Traditional and Spanish style homes.
