Granada Hills is a neighborhood within the city of Los Angeles in a general area known as The Valley. It is a medium sized, low density, suburban area bordered by the (5) Freeway to the North, Devonshire Street to the South, Porter Ranch neighborhood to the West, and (405) Freeway to the East. It is also located over 25 miles Northwest of Downtown Los Angeles.
The area is a quiet residential community consisting of mainly single family residences built predominantly between 1940-1990. There is a limited range of housing styles which consists of mainly Traditional style homes.
