Hermon is a neighborhood within the city of Los Angeles. It is a small sized, low density, suburban area bordered by the (110) Freeway to the North and West, Monterey Hills neighborhood to the South, and the city of South Pasadena to the East. It is also located over 6 miles Northeast of Downtown Los Angeles.
The area is a quiet residential community consisting of mainly single family residences built predominantly between 1900-1940. There is a limited range of housing styles which consists of mainly Traditional and Bungalow style homes.
