Hollywood is a neighborhood within the city of Los Angeles. It is a small high density urban area bordered by Franklin Avenue to the North, Melrose Avenue to the South, City of West Hollywood to the West, and (101) Freeway to the East. It is best known for being the location of Hollywood Boulevard and is also located over 6.5 miles Northwest of Downtown Los Angeles.
The area consists of single family, multi family, condominium, and apartment residences built predominantly between 1910-1930 with a recent influx of new construction from 2010-2022. There is a limited range of housing styles which consists of mainly Traditional, Bungalow, Spanish, Craftsman, and Modern style homes.
